On Thursday 9th June our school football team took part in the Whitecross Tournament. We faced Belleek first and we won well. Then we played Drumilly, it was a tough game but with our player’s skill and determination we succeeded and won the game.
Our last game in the play-off rounds was against Ballymoyer, it was a good clean game, which we won and it took us into the shield final 2016.
In the shield final we faced Drumilly, once again our players continued to play really well showing fantastic skill and hunger to win. When the final whistle blew it was 7 points to Tullyherron and 3 points to Drumilly. Tullyherron primary school were the shield winners, retaining their title back to back. Congratulations to all our players and supporters on the day.
