At St. Teresa’s Primary School, Tullyherron, our school motto, “Learning Together in Friendship and Faith for Life’s Journey” is at the heart of everything that we do. Throughout this school year, we have been incredibly proud to see our entire school community truly living out our values in such meaningful and inspiring ways. Our pupils have shown what it means to be:
- Kind to each other by offering friendship, support and encouragement across all year groups.
- Good Listeners, showing respect for the thoughts and feelings of others in their class, in the playground and beyond.
- Fair and safe in play, ensuring that everyone feels included, valued and happy.
- Responsible in caring for our school environment, taking pride in keeping our classrooms, corridors and outside areas clean and welcoming
- Honest and trustworthy, always striving to tell the truth and make the right choices.
- And most importantly, demonstrating a commitment to always doing their best in all area of school life.
This year, these values have not only been evident among our pupils but have been strengthened through the dedication and support of our entire school family. Our teachers and classroom assistants have nurtured and modelled these values each day, guiding pupils with care, patience and encouragement. Our parents and carers have played a vital role in reinforcing these values at home, helping to create a strong and united school community built on respect, kindness and a shared purpose.
Together, we have created a positive, supportive and faith-filled environment where every person is valued and encouraged to flourish.
I would like to thank every member of our school community for their ongoing commitment to making St. Teresa’s such a special place to learn, grow and belong. By continuing to live out our values, we are truly preparing our children for life’ journey-together in friendship and faith.
