Today we had a visit from The Big Waste Bus. Noel talked to each class about the importance of recycling properly and placing items into the correct bin at home and at school. We examined items that were made from plastic and were very shocked at what can be made from it! KS2 enjoyed an interactive quiz on recycling and KS1 / FS planted Seeds by using paper as a plant pot. We each got to smell the scent of a dump in a small container, it was not very nice!
