Internet Safety Talk

6th Feb 2025

On Tuesday, Mark from the PSNI visited our P2-7 pupils to deliver an important talk on Internet Safety. The session provided valuable insights into the potential dangers children may face online, including how quickly information, images, or messages can be shared with others, often beyond their control. Mark emphasized the crucial steps children can take to protect themselves in the digital world. His key message, "Stop, Block, Report", encouraged pupils to stop any harmful interactions, block inappropriate users or content, and report any concerns to a trusted adult. The talk was very informative, giving our students the tools and knowledge they need to stay safe online. We would like to thank Mark for his time and for helping our children navigate the digital world with confidence.
