The Primary 5, 6 and 7 pupils headed to Gosford Forest Park this morning, to participate in the Markethill Fesitval Fun Schools Sports Day 2022, which was being broadcast live on BBC Radio on the Connor Phillips Show. Four of our Primary 7 pupils, Megan, Lia-Rose, Tyler and Daniel were invited to compete against pupils from other schools, in two races, the “Space-Hopper Race” and the “Toy-Tractor Race”, the children really enjoyed these fun races while their classmates encouraged and supported the children with words of encouragement!
All the children were provided with light refreshments and enjoyed meeting the BBC Radio Presenters-Conor Phillips, Mark Sidebottom and Hugo Duncan.
A Fabulous Day was enjoyed by ALL!!!
