Just2Easy Safer Internet

5th Feb 2025

On Tuesday, Mrs. McCourt’s and Mrs. Kelly’s classes took part in a live lesson to recognize Safer Internet Day. The lesson focused on internet safety, with this year's theme, “Too Good to Be True,” emphasizing the importance of recognizing online scams. The students learned how to stay safe online by identifying and avoiding scams.

The pupils discussed the risks of sharing personal information and the potential dangers of online fraud. They also received practical tips for spotting red flags, such as suspicious emails or urgent requests for personal details. As part of the session, the students created posters using the J2 Create tool to raise awareness about internet safety.

We’re incredibly proud of the effort and creativity shown by all the students while making their Safer Internet Day posters.

A big thank you to Miss Kimble from Just2Easy for leading such an important and informative session. Our boys and girls were also thrilled to receive a shoutout before the lesson started!
