The Sacrament of Confirmation took place on Wednesday 13th March in St. Teresa’s Church, Tullyherron. It was a beautiful ceremony and a wonderful celebration for our parish community, with Bishop Michael Router officiating.
Congratulations to Leah, Caitlin, Siofrá, Barney, Riley and Thomas who received the Sacrament of Confirmation, May God Bless You with his Love, we are very proud of you all.
I would like to take this opportunity to very much thank Fr. Murphy for his ongoing support in helping us prepare our pupils as they receive the sacraments. I would also like to thank Brendan for his support in assisting us to prepare the Primary 7 pupils for this ceremony.
The choir for the Confirmation Ceremony were pupils from both St. Teresa’s and St. Malachy’s, their beautiful singing greatly contributed to the special celebration.
A special thank you to Mrs Sarah Duffy for preparing our school choir so well for our special ceremonies.
